Trouble signing in with Google?

If the Google sign-in prompt appears but nothing happens when you click it — or a blank page opens — your browser may be blocking the sign-in popup.

Google's sign-in system sometimes needs to open a small popup window to complete authentication. Most browsers block popups by default.

Firefox

  2. Click Connection secure > More information
  3. Go to the Permissions tab
  4. Uncheck Block pop-up windows
  5. Refresh the page

Arc / Brave / Edge

  1. Paste this into your address bar, replacing BROWSER with arc, brave, or edge: BROWSER://settings/content/popups
  2. Click Add under the allow list
  3. Enter https://app.textopian.com
  4. Refresh Textopian

Still not working?

Try signing in using the Google button inside the sign-in dialog instead — click the account icon in the navigation bar, then select the Google option. This uses a different authentication method that doesn't require popups.
